LABOKLAV ECO – steam sterilizers

DESCRIPTION

LABOKLAV ECO steam sterilizers for simple laboratory applications
Maximum comfort at a low price, that’s what the LABOKLAV ECO series autoclaves stand for.
They enable simple laboratory applications such as:

Sterilization of liquids in open and slightly closed vessels, also with an air recooling system
Instrument sterilization
Destruction sterilization at 134 °C (thermal inactivation)
optional exhaust air filtration
The devices are available in chamber sizes of 80 l and 135 l and are always configured as free-standing devices.
A low loading height makes loading easier and optional baskets enable optimal utilization of the autoclave.
The lid is closed in two steps using a motor at the push of a button without any effort.
The chamber can only be opened at the end of the sterilization process under safe conditions.
Steam is generated using fully demineralised water filled directly into the chamber.
The chamber is heated from the outside by radiators on the floor.
This extends the life of the heating elements and makes cleaning the interior easier.
An integrated flexible reference sensor PT100 controls the temperature in the liquid in all liquid programs and prevents the chamber door from opening if the media temperature is too high (thermal lock according to IEC 61010-2-43).
To shorten cycle times in liquid sterilization, the device can be equipped with an air recooling system.
