DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
– It has been proven that an effective cleaning process for robotic instruments occurs when the working tools and cables of the instrument are optimally reached by the ultrasound through constant movement.
– TRISON is an innovative, modular ultrasonic bath for the intensive pre-cleaning of high-quality medical instruments with a particular focus on robotic instruments.
The new standard in the pre-cleaning of robotic instruments
– The core of the TRISON is the innovative movement unit TRISON Twist for up to four robotic instruments.
– Special, spring-mounted drivers snap into place on the underside of the instruments and move them during the sound system.
– The surgical tools are rotated and operated at the tip for an all-round ultrasound effect.
– Integrated slip clutches prevent damage to the delicate cable pulls and drive rollers.
– In addition, the cleaning process is supported by constant rinsing of the instruments.
– For this purpose, the instruments are connected to the flushing circuit of the TRISON Base control unit via hoses.
– Suctioned-off impurities go directly into the replaceable filter and therefore do not go back into the bath liquid.
– Various series of tests with actually contaminated instruments and additionally with standardized test contamination confirm the effectiveness of the new TRISON cleaning concept.
Ultrasonic bath specifically for robotic instruments
– The dimensions of the TRISON ultrasonic oscillating tank are specifically designed for very long robotic instruments.
– Thanks to the powerful ultrasonic vibration systems distributed on the bottom and side, drive adapters, instrument shafts and the work tools at the tip are optimally reached by the ultrasound and possible acoustic shadows are avoided.
– The TRISON ultrasonic generator is equipped with sweep to minimize standing waves and ensure the most homogeneous ultrasonic intensity distribution possible.
Individual instrument rinsing and testing for even more safety
– During sonication, each instrument is individually activated for rinsing and its flow is checked by a patented system (DE 20 2006 020 523).
– Instruments that cannot be flushed are reliably identified and displayed on the touchscreen at the end of the process.
– The integrated process monitoring to determine, assign and clearly display the successful flushability of each individual instrument provides greater security during reprocessing.
Easy instrument connection
– Up to four robotic instruments are fixed on the TRISON Twist using a simple click mechanism – an additional basket is not necessary.
– The connection to the rinsing circuit is made via a double Luer plug per instrument.
– With the help of the TRISON Rack basket, up to eight MIC instruments can be connected for rinsing using the proven SONOMIC adapters.
– The connection to the TRISON Base control unit is quick and easy to mix up via two multi-hose couplings.
